Made With • A 100% unsifted sourdough wheat loaf, made with Spelt wheat and a buckwheat and oat porridge. Perfect for sandwiches, or toast. The crumb is soft and fragrant. Love this toasted and slathered with salted St Brigid’s 84% butter and my Seville marmalade.

Inspiration • The Spelt was grown by Peter Leahy of Merrylynd farm. Paul is a big fan of single varietal wheats that taste great and yield well, so the grain is affordable.
